Assessments
The first step in determining if our level of care is what will best fit your unique needs is by getting an assessment at our office with one of our licensed therapists.
If you have potential interest in both the Eating Disorder and Depression and Anxiety Programs, we can provide you with a dual assessment through which our licensed therapists and treatment team can determine what they identify as your primary diagnosis and treatment priority.
Upon scheduling your assessment, intake paperwork will be sent to you via email. It is helpful in the assessment process to have those forms completed and submitted prior to your assessment date.
Insurance & Payment Information

Navigating insurance coverage and paying for treatment can oftentimes feel complicated and overwhelming.
We will advocate for you every step of the way.
The cost of treatment is unique to each individual and the insurance provider that they currently have. Our insurance advocacy team will handle all communication with your insurance provider on your behalf. They then will discuss with you what coverage your insurance policy offers and what next steps are necessary to receive care.
Before you begin treatment at the Recovery and Wellness Center, we will fully communicate to you your insurance benefits.
We also discuss balances that will be due and can answer any further questions that you may have.
If after communicating with your insurance provider it is determined that they will not cover treatment at the Recovery and Wellness Center, we will work with you to establish accessible self-pay cash rates.
